Manuscript Submission

The manuscript submission is now closed.

All authors who their abstracts were accepted are required to submit manuscripts through online submission form by August 1, 2009 August 7, 2009.
The instruction of manuscript submission is as follows.

 

 

1. Format of the Manuscript

The template of the ICEMS2009 manuscript provides a detailed description of camera-ready paper preparation.

 

 

Authors should read it carefully and write the manuscript according to this guideline.

 

 

2. How to Create PDF

Once complete to write a manuscript, authors must create a PDF according to the IEEE PDF Specification for IEEE Xplore. All submissions MUST be IEEE Explore compliant and the only way to insure this is to use IEEE PDF Express.

 

Please go to the IEEE PDF Express site at www.pdf-express.org.
Click on the link "New Users - Click Here" and fill in your information. You will need the Conference ID which is: <icems09x>

 

Once authors have completed this step, only then can move on to the submission site and submit the paper.

 

 

3. How to Submit the Manuscript

(1) Login to the online submission form
The submission site was closed.

 

In order to access the above site, the reference number and password are required that were issued when the abstracts were submitted.

 

(2) Upload the manuscript
Upon logging in to the above site, authors will find the data that they have submitted through the website. Please upload the paper in the same way as uploaded the abstract.

 

If the title and the authors are changed in the manuscript, please update that information as well on the online submission form.

 

 

4. Registration Requirement

As authors have been previously informed, conference registration is required for each paper submission. All papers should meet the following conditions:

(1)
All presenting authors are required to complete conference registration as either Participant or Student.
(2)
ONE participant payment (JPY 55,000) authorizes to submit ONE full paper. For one full paper submission, at least one author must register at a participant rate (not a student rate), even if all authors are students.

On the online submission form, authors will be required to fill in the conference registration number (different from the "Reference No." above) as a required item. Authors will not be able to complete their submission without the registration number. Each conference registration number will be valid for one paper submission only. In order to register for submitting more than two manuscripts, please select the number of additional registration for papers on the tariff.

The conference registration number will be issued and informed to authors by an e-mail once complete the online registration. Please make sure to register before submitting the manuscript. Online registration site is here.

 

 

5. Copyright Transfer Form

All authors are required to download and submit the copyright transfer form as well by August 1, 2009 August 7, 2009 by e-mail (icems2009-p@ics-inc.co.jp) or by fax (+81-3-3219-3626).
